Viet Nhat Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in May 2002 in Hanoi. The company’s main area of business was the production and trading of electronic goods and household appliances. Starting from a small unit, under the excellent guidance of the leaders, with the efforts of every member, the company had constructed a factory to manufacture electronic goods and household appliances in March 03/2005.
The company was built on a 70,000 m2 area in the industrial zone Vinh Khuc - Van Giang - Hung Yen with the business license No. 0502000374 which was granted by the Business Registration Office of the Planning and Investment Department of Hung Yen province. Its capital was 67.5 billion VND.
In 2009, a rice cooker production chain with the capacity of 120,000 units/year and a speaker production chain with the capacity 250,000 units/year were put into operation. The total investment was around 15 billion VND.
In 2010, the rice cooker production chain was upgraded to raise the capacity to 360,000 units/year and provide for OEM and business organizations nationwide.
In 2011, the company invested in electrostatic paint spraying system with the capacity of 10,000 products/day.
